Im away on a brief but meaningful meditation retreat with some friends. Restoration, relaxation, meditation obviously, discussion, fresh air, nourishment, and time out are all important things for keeping us resilient and positive. Now is a good time after the flurry and pressures of the end of the year, in preparation for the year ahead.
Im not a one for New Year Resolutions really, but I will say I aim to continue following my own heart-led path this year and hope you do too.
